No, you can generate basic QR codes without creating an account. However, creating a free account offers several benefits:

• Save your QR codes for later access
• Track scan statistics (for advanced versions)
• Ability to edit the content of your dynamic QR codes
• Organize your codes into collections

Unlike a static QR code whose content can no longer be changed once created, a dynamic QR code points to a short URL on our server that redirects to the destination of your choice. This offers several advantages:

• You can change the destination at any time without changing the QR code
• You get scan statistics (count, location, devices)
• You can add features such as conditional redirects

Yes, and it will stay that way! Basic QR code creation is completely free. We also offer premium features for professional or advanced use such as dynamic QR codes, analytics and advanced customization.

We offer several plans tailored to different needs:

• Pro: Unlimited dynamic QR codes, advanced statistics, full customization
• Enterprise: Everything above + API, priority support, custom features

Simply log in to your account and go to the "My invoices" section, then select the invoice you need and click Download. All your invoices are available in PDF format and remain permanently accessible in your account.

If you cancel your subscription:

• You continue to benefit from all premium features until the end of the paid period
• Your dynamic QR codes continue to work for 30 days after your subscription ends
• You keep access to your account and free features

If your QR code is not working properly, here are some steps to follow:

1. Check that the QR code is printed with sufficient quality (not too small or blurry)
2. Make sure there is enough contrast between the QR code colors
3. If you added a logo, check that it does not cover too many QR code dots
4. For dynamic QR codes, check that your subscription is still active
5. Try scanning with another QR code reader app

If the problem persists, contact our support with the specific issue and attach an image of the QR code.
